Dealership refuses to fix their botched work

Sent my vehicle for major repair (clutch kit) at the dealership and within one-year warranty period (inclusive of prescription not running during lock-down) my starter motor broke off due to one bolt not replaced/secured during their service. Sent it back for warranty repair and within a couple of months I have noise on the clutch and the position it engages is quite unusual compared to my other Toyota. Dealership refuses to fix their botched work from a warranty repair and urged me to escalate this matter to Toyota South Africa.
