CAR ISSUE AFTER A MONTH BOUGHT

I bought a car in June. The bearing and CV joint problems began in July. It's possible that it was lost or that they used bogus parts. When I returned it, they refused to assist me because this reportedly occurred when the car was with me. They requested me to come for an assessment, but when I arrived and saw the damage to the car, they conducted lengthy meetings trying to find something to use against me so that they would not be held responsible and liable. Why did they ask me to come if they weren't going to fix my car? I could have fixed it myself.

I would never recommend someone close to me because of their attitude and how they deal with problems. I reported the problem weeks ago, but it took them a long time to arrange for me in for an assessment.

They need to learn to prioritize customers.
