Worst service

My car was initially only suppose to be at the panel beaters for 10 days, it's been 30 days and 5 days now and I still don't have my car. No1 has the decency to call and explain what's happening, when I go there I can't see my car. It was promised be ready on Friday, its Monday evening now and my calls are being ignored. The worst service! Now I have anxiety because I have no idea what's happening with my car.
