Durban South Panel and Panel are not people to take your car to. TALKING FROM EXPIRIENCE

I took my car to Durban South Panel and Paint for repairs on 15th of Jan 2018. I was told it wl take 2 to 3 weeks untill the car is ready for collection but it went over two months. On monday 26th of Feb I received a call from Durban South saying the car finished working on and its will go for wheel alignment thus it wl be ready for collection the following day. On the 28th of Feb while the car was still with them I received a call from tracker reporting the crash on the car which I did not pay attention to since I knew/thought car was in good hands. When I went to check the car the following week I found new damages to the car including ( cracked wind screen, damaged right front rim andbiys tyre and the bumper was removed of which I was not told of the reason, radiator was bent. When I asked wat happen to the car the mananger said he does not knw but he will repair the car. I informed my insurance of this matter. When i went to collect the car I found that the bumper grill has damages too and the left fog light grill was damaged again the mananger said he does not knw wat caused damages to the car. My biggest worry now is why cant they tell me wat happened to my car. What if somthing else I cant see is also broken and that will be my problem once I take the car. I nid help to find out wat happened to my. Should I open a case against them? As of now my car is still with the and I am using their car. The big mananger there told me he will not tell me what happened to the car because he has repaired it.
