Day light ******* ***

I had a claim which was rejected by my insurance ( affinity) on the document it is said that realise fee of R300 accumulative must be paid in day of collection. Only to find that on the day I went to collect my car I was told to pay all cost including towing, storage and security which is amounting to R14300. Whereas I did not instruct them to take my car the agreement was between them and insurance. Loss adjuster who was appointed by insurance confirmed that cost will he covered by insurance but the day of collection all cost were on me. Durban south Panel and Paint plus Affinity insurance took an advantage on me.
