Bring to fix but leave broken x 2

Everything went well but this is my second time here and both times the car had damage done while here which was not even close to the area they worked on. My fold in mirror is now not working AT ALL and instead of even listening to the logic I'm explaining, the management is going out of their way to dodge the issue. They even took pictures which actually only ended up proving themselves wrong. Besides the fact that they initially damaged my mirror, they trying to even use that against me! I most of anything do not appreciate the management's attitude about it all. A bit of humility goes a long way and would not led to this type of escalation. All I wanted is an acknowledgment that my mirror is not working so I can pursue a way to get it fixed, but they just refuse. Upon threatening of reporting them they are now trying to see if they can fix the issue but I doubt I'll ever use or recommend this place ever again!
