bad service

On the 9th November I had an accident and my vehicle reached this company on the 10th in the am. My insurance approved repairs in abt 2 days time and they started with the repairs. At this time I was using a hired vehicle from Avis and was promised that my car was gonna be ready first week of December and I had to return the hired vehicle on the 11th. By the 11th my vehicle was still not ready and I was given a run around and had to extend the car hire at my own expense. They later promised that it was gonna be ready on the 15th and when I got there it wasn't and was asked to come in on the 16th. When I went to fetch it on the 16th they told me abt the tow cover which they had ordered and they were gonna call me to bring the car for that. Up until the 13 Jan when I went back to work no one had bothered to call me. On phoning them end of Jan I was told they are still waiting for it and they will bring it to my place of work. I then went to change tyres only to realise that the make of my vehicle (focus 1.6) was not put back on my car by dbn south and panel. I phoned and spoke to both Rodney and Michael and they promised to sort me out in a day or 2. Up until now nobody has bothered
