DSW no response

Since the 5th October I have been emailing DSW regarding the refuse bags they have supp**** us with. The one end is not sealed. I emailed the customer service line email address on the 05 October 2020 / on the 06 October 2020 / on the 07 October 2020 and up till today I have had no response from them. Customer service line sent my information to the necessary people named: Mlungisi Luthuli and Kenny Ngcobo and no one has emailed me back in response to this. I find this totally appauling and require some assistance please.
