Point water apartments Durban bad customer service and employee incompetnce

I made a booking at this residents in November, and then the were rumors of a possible le lock down during the dates I had wanted to visit. With that said I then called the residents to ask for a cancelation and a refund since I had payed the deposit. The lady who helping me, one Hugh said that no its fine as I can always make changes to the dates I would like to come visit if that happens, the president spoke and closed of the beaches, she then calls me and tells me that I need to live up reservations and be there or I forfeit my deposit, I ask her how come is that, because I wanted our money back and you told me that I can make changes, it's not my fault I was on time and she refused. They don't want me to make date changes or get my refund of which currently I am no longer interested in staying there no more I just want my money back Thabo Sebiko
