Inconsiderate Durban Point Waterfront Apartments

Point Waterfront Apartments Management refused to accommodate me after I had asked to change dates of my stay because of the Corona Virus outbreak. I am suppose to travel with my 7yr old son whom I’m worried about his immune system, we have every right to postpone as our health is at risk. They said that there is nothing that they can do, It’s short notice to postpone!!

If that’s the case I rather have my money back in full...as I was not canceling I just wanted to change dates from 23-26 March 2020 to 02-05 October 2020

Is that too much to ask? Clearly our health isn’t important to them, all they want is our money.
