Durban Panel Beaters- Pinetown branch: Quite the worst experience in 40 years of driving- shocking workmanship, some of which had to be re-done, and these guys had my car for best part of 3 months!!!! the main issue of alternator being replaced was completely ignored until I asked Senzo to take a drive...I believe my car packed up and had to be towed back to DPB ... the alternator had not even been looked at, and that was after well over a month.... When I popped in unannounced to see what the progress was -I found a guy sitting in the front, seat back, messing around on his cell phone. Apparently he was the 'technician' When I was finally called to collect the vehicle- the windows would not go up or down- so another week to sort that out. Be prepared: your car could end up with more things wrong than it had to begin with. Finally the back seat head-rest covers which in all the years I have owned this car were black to match the upholstery- were white when I collected the car- which would indicate that the vehicle had been left outside mostly in the baking sun during this lengthy sojourn- not the best scenario for my leather seats... My insurance company is Discovery, and they insisted that I use this *********** bunch, I wish I had ask for a settlement amount, as my own mechanic would have done a far better job- in max 2-3 weeks!!! Use these guys at your own risk- NEVER AGAIN!!
