POOR DISGUSTING SERVICE

Upsetting, Appalling, Disgusting service from the Congella branch. Workshop manager Henry is utterly rude and arrogant, zero customer service skills, my car has been there for 1 week with no work done on it. Furthermore, when I have received the car, IT HAD MORE DAMAGES to which Henry claims they are not responsible for. Service advisor Samantha is one of the most dishonest people I have spoken to. Raising her voice at me and blatantly lying to my face. I would never advise anybody to use Durban Panel Beaters. Not even a courtesy call as to update me about my vehicle. Even though I have requested original parts for my vehicle, they have ordered pirate parts. If I did not call them to follow up, I would not have known that they have installed pirate parts on my vehicle. How do these people sleep at night knowing what they are doing to their customers. Worst service I have ever received. I do not recommend Durban Panel Beaters to anyone!
