Poor communication and no empathy

My experience is worse than I thought it would be. Just poor communication I'm in dark if i have to extend my rental agreement with how many days for how long. There was first authorization to do job then stop for the second and boom the more extra findings have to be authorized. Now my car is @ quality assurance may be it need another authorization there for 2 months to come out
