Durban Panel Beaters poor workmanship

Terrible workmanship and customer service. Recommend by my insurance company. Took them 2 months to get parts and "repair" the car. From December 2021 to March 2022 I have taken my car back to them 3 times and they still cannot fix what the car went in for. Missing badges from the car. Water now goes into the car when it rains. The dealership was shocked at the workmanship from an insurance approver panel beater. 49 emails all of which go unanswered about when I can take my car back for repair. They were paid by insurance but did not complete the work properly. Real terrible service.
