Durban Panel Beaters break as much as they fix

Please don’t take your vehicle to these guys. My insurance company instructed me to send my vehicle to them. When i got it back the handbrake switch was broken, there was braking error faults and my radio/navigation was not working.

I left car with them to sort out. It took them 3 weeks for them to get back to me and tell me that the switch was broken when i sent it in, and that the agents diagnosed the radio/nav unit was faulty and i must collect the vehicle because the insurance company does not want to pay.

When I booked my vehicle in they do a full check list off all the faults and defects of the vehicle and the guy checked that the radio was working and ticked the appropriate box. Why must the insurance pay for something that occurs in Durban Panel Beaters care?

I am going to be taking legal action against these guys. If u have a choice, please don’t take your vehicle to these guys, they don’t give 2 hoots about you or your car.

Another thing that I remembered, the guy who stands in the front is rude, and egotistical, when i was there he was swearing at staff working under him and tried to bull**** me that i have a handbrake fault because my brakes are too low.
