Worst panet beaters ever!!

Worst panet beaters ever!! I literally feel like an administrator for these people. Calling them and following up on stuff all the time with no straight answer as to what is happening with my car!! Took the car in on September and it is now November, the car is still not back. On Monday (5/11/2018) they called me saying I could possibly be picking up the car on Tuesday (6/11/2018) as the car is back from the agent and everything is fine now and ready for pick up. So I told them I am out of town so I can only pick the car up on Friday. "Okay cool that gives us more time to clean the vehicle" said the lady on the phone. Today is Friday, I call them to check what time can I pick up the car, now its a different story all together as the car still needs to go to the agent and have final tests done (why did you tell me I can pick up the car on Tuesday?? Why weren't the final tests done while I was still away?? why didn't you inform me of this on time?? Like why did I have to be the one to follow up with you on this in order to find out all about this????) So here I am playing the finding out who is dragging their feet between them and SMG. I am just tired of this BS!!
