Unreasonable delay
I was involved in a car accident mid December last year and to date they have not completed repairs on my vehicle. All the parts were suppose to have been ordered for repairs but now they have ordered the tail light which should've been ordered from the beginning, and this is now causing the delay. There have been delays upon delays throughout this process and nobody is able to confirm when my vehicle will be returned.

In response to your complaint, we wish to sincerely apologise to you for the delay in repair time however we also wish to state that as per our email submitted to you and your insurer on 18/03/2015 the rear bumper foglamp was on back order. We ordered the part and have been chasing up with the agents ever since (the supplier had confirmed that the part was on back order). As outlined on the email we have been contacting the supplier but have no control of the actual supply. Our supplier has now confirmed that the part is on delivery. Our workshop will work with the utmost urgency to have the part fitted as this is the only thing that is outstanding on the repair. We will ensure that you are contacted when the part arrives and when the quality control check has been complete.
