terrible service

My car was booked for repairs for my rear bumper on monday. I was told when I was booking my car in that I would get my car back by friday. I had arranged for vehicle hire for 5 days privately as I did not have a complimentary vehicle with my insurance. . Today (Thursday) phone the pinetown branch and enquire about my vehicle and they tell me it will only be ready on Tuesday. ... now I am expected to pay for 4 more days of car hire that I didn't budget for. Added to this the pinetown branch did not call me at all during the week to inform me if they received my car because I had dropped it off at the durban branch and the never informed me of any progress with regards to my car. Horrible service.
