suppose to be VW Approved - probabily bought that too

<p>A nightmare of an expereince from day 1. The assessor insisted our vehicle goes there...I wonder why???? They quoted for new parts. Didnt use new parts. We have always looked after our vehicle but they just didnt care...Returned it without a quality check. Parts were badly fitted. Windscreens had overspray. Samatha Chetty and John Moses **** to us continuously. Anthony the Production Manager was never available when we would call. Our vehcile was there for 45 days and returned to us like a second hand vehicle. It went back and came out with a miss matched colour. Has VW dropped their standard in terms of who is approved nowadays. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ******</p>
