**********, POOR WORKMANSHIP - DO NOT USE THEM

My Jetta 7 had a back smash (somebody hit me from behind) they work with the assessors, quote for new parts. They did not put in new parts, they **********ly increased my excess by over R2000.00. They returned my car 2 different shades of white, didn’t match the pain. The finishing was so untidy, lights not fitted properly, overspray, carpets and rubbers not put properly. I complained and they took the car back n just touched it up now my new car looks like a second hand car. Car has been to them twice and it looks terrible...GUYS STAY AWAY FROM THESE PPL, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. USE PANEL BEATERS WITH INTEGRITY AND THAT CAN DELIVER. Dont even bother speaking to John the Estimator or Anthony the Production Manager, they are bull****ters. I wont use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very dissapointed as they are VW Approved.

The assessor had nothing to do with this vehicle being brought to our shop for repairs. Allocation is based on approvals and vicinity. All parts that were finalised with the insurance company were replaced accordingly. Any savings on parts are passed to the insurer. The vehicle can and should be taken to any VW dealership for verification. The excess of R4335.72 was advised by the insurance on the 26/08. Excess payable is determined by insurers in lieu of client policies and we do not have any control of this. The excess was revised by the insurance to R2000 which is what the customer was charged before taking their vehicle. The vehicle has been repaired previously hence the difference in colour. We did not work on the doors but only the rear. There was also overspray on rubbers because of the same previous work. This was pointed out to the customer. We went out to inspect the vehicle at the customers workplace, we discovered there is a company less than 50 m from where the vehicle is parked that sprays canopies out in the open. This is the cause of the heavy industrial size overspray on the car. We came to this conclusion after inspecting cars that park in the same vicinity which have the same overspray. As for our integrity, in 61 years of doing business it has never been called into question. We find the accusations not only offensive but defamatory as well.
