11 Dec 2015, 12:56Hello Xolani Cele,
Dear Sir, we firstly apologise for you being this upset. We regret that you have been disgruntled however we had to follow due procedure with the repair. Your vehicle was towed in on 29 October however authorisation to repair was only given to us on 12/11/2015. We had ordered parts and it was received between 17 November to 20 November. Worked had commenced however when stripped we had found extras. We had to obtain authorisation from your insurer prior to ordering parts. Authorisation was received, parts were ordered and were duly received between 01 December to 03 December. The vehicle is scheduled to be released to you today 11 December.
