Bad Repairs / workmanship of an A3 in 2013

During July 2013 i took my car to the company for minor repairs on my back bumper. The work took the whole month and i was only given my car back after numerous complaints i made as i was about to lose the insurance hired car (since you lose this after 30 days). <br> I subsequently took it to an Audi dealer, who just told me that the work done on the car was extremely bad and that the paint they used was far different from the original colour of the vehicle. I took my car back to complain and upon receipt the manager at that time was very arrogant and told me to deal with my insurance which was Discovery Insure. I contacted Discovery and they informed me to go back to the Panel Beaters again (of which i did). <br> The manager informed me that they will need to take my vehicle for 3 weeks to repair it appropriately and that i should find alternative transport at my own cost despite the fact that they were going to do the same job for the second time. The insurance clearly stipulated that this matter was the responsibility of the panel beaters. Up to this day, i have never been contacted by the company and my vehicle is still under a very bad condition. PEOPLE SHOULDNT USE THIS COMPANY!
