Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. Did not feel welcome at all. Treated patients with no regard, due to the circumstances they did not empathise with the patients. They were strict in only allowing one person in, even though other patients were allowed more then one person accompanying them. I will not suggest going to this place. The reception staff was extremely rude.
