Bad food bad service

This morning around 11am I ordered from Durban on the bay in Port Elizabeth through Uber Eats. I received my order in a little under an hour. A mutton curry bunny chow. Imagine my disappointment when I discover that it was a flavourless tomato stew, the meat had bones, and it the meat wasn't even cooked through thoroughly, it wasn't soft. Nevermind the meat not being soft, it also tasted off, so I didn't eat the entire thing. A few hours later, stomach cramps and a runny stomach. I contacted the owner who said his staff was blaming the driver. Since when does a delivery driver have a hand in food preparation? Never. The owner then offers to bring me new food on Monday, why would I want new food days later? The owner then demands me to tell him immediately if I want new food today because he wants to go home. I really just wanted my money back so I could order from a different place. Now I not only have food poisoning, but I also don't have food for today. Food = pathetic. Customer service = pathetic. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
