Vehicle holding fee

I was interested in a vehicle at the dealership.<br> And the sales person (Billy) had informed me that I need to place a vehicle holding fee of R200.00.<br> The holding which he informed my fiance and I would be refundable amount of R1500.00, on cancellation.<br> We later decided to cancel the deal and he does not want to give us back the R1500.00.<br> <br>
