I bought a Kia Picanto for R91 000 in September 2020 and it gave me problems hours later after buying it, so I took it back the next day and they gave me a Renault Clio 3 2008 model for R91 000 and it started giving me problems with the gearbox and brakes, 2 days after buying it and so I took it back and they brought it back to me saying they fixed everything when they didn't, I kept taking it back for like 3 times and still it wasn't working properly and so I asked for my money back but they refused, I even said they can take maybe a cancelation fee or something and just give me my money because their cars are not working but they still refused and yet in the papers that I've signed from them it said I can bring it back if not satisfied but when I do they start telling me they can't refund me. Durban north auto sales is not a good company to purchase cars and I hate them with their poor service Billy and his boss
