Faulty Motor Vehicle Purchased

We purchased at Durban North Auto Sales , after three weeks of purchased the vehicle started to overheat . We made them aware and asked them to book for it at the nearest Kia Motors the owner refused and insisted we take it to the nearest workshop they replace what needs to be replace so we can drive the car back to Durban as we stay in Nongoma.

We took the car to them ,they took it into their workshop and said the car is perfectly now. After two weeks after the car started with the same problem it had to be towed to Umhlanga Kia Motors where they did diagnosis and find out that there is a problem with head gasket ,mixing of water and oil and that they suggest the whole engine needs to be done. however the Durban North Auto Sales Owner said he will tow a vehicle into his garage workshop Kia shouldn't do it.

UMhlanga Kia advise that the vehicle has lost it guarantee plan as pirates part have been used in the vehicle.

We have asked the Onwer of Durban North Auto Sales to refund us or do replacement as the vehicle is only three months old from when we bought it but he never rep**** to that.

they never communicate with us , give us update unless we call them to enquire about the vehicle.

Please assist us with the process of returning the vehicle or getting a refund.
