Durban North Auto Sales - Sells Faulty Cars

I recently purchased a vehicle on the 2nd February of this year, a 2006 Nissan X-Trail from Durban North Auto Sales, 878 North Coast Rd, Durban, KZN. Since I've had the car I've driven less than 2000km in 3 months. <br> As of the 8th May'15, while carrying out a maintenance check on my vehicle, I discovered that there was no water in the radiator and there was water in the engine oil. Suspecting that the vehicle had a main cylinder head gasket blown, I had the car towed to a local mechanic. He has done an inspection and tells me the cylinder head has failed and the engine has been recently worked on, and a \patch up job"of poor workmanship has been carried out. This has been done prior to sale.<br> One of the conditions of the sale was that the Nissan had to be serviced by an RMI dealer"
