We haven't had power since the 5th April

We haven't had power since the 5th April. Logged the fault and given a ref ***, following up on a fault since the 5April 2025. Technician was dispatched on 6th April 2025 afternoon . Received a call from the technician on 6 April at 15:19 from ***, saying he's on the way.till the 7th April. He hasn't arrived yet. Is this the way to deal with issues ?? I will definitely be taking this up further .
