Electricity lines cut and no help received

its been 2 days without electricity at home, the lines were cut and we not getting any joy with the wait. We can't cook and rely on neighbors to wash ourselves. What's more disturbing for me I live with a disabled person and we spending too much now on take always because he needs to have food. We have phoned several times and were told it will be fixed sometimes next week and I don't understand how we supposed to live with no food and hot water. I have to wash at neighbors house if I go to work and worry them with ironing and hot water. I'm really disgusted by the service I'm receiving as electricity plays a major part in our lives. I was told the 1st time that a technician has been dispatched to our home but nobody came. I don't how I'm supposed to provide for my family and we have young children who need cooked food for their well being. I can't afford to buy anymore take always for my family and I don't want to find myself in debt as I will be forced to borrow money to help my family and home. The fridges are dripping and whatever we had will be spoilt in no time and will have food poisoning. Please help
