Electricity faults

We re having a problem.with our electricity in the place called Matabetulu,Inanda.We do'nt have electricity from Thursday nite.Is it fair for this to happen while we re paying for it, and to top it all its month end ,we've done our groceries and fridge/freezer products that re going to waste now.Who will pay for our loss.They have contractors moving up and down but not fixing the problem because they want to get paid overtime at our expense.
