Durban Electricity faults

Can anyone Please help us with Lamontville Electric faults, its 2 Days now without Electricity, I now have two Ref No. ***. The sub Contractors working our area are saying that they are tired of fixing our area....It is not our fault that we have informal settlements with ******* connections around us. I do not understand who should deal with ******* connection. What I find annoying, is the fact that these people have electricity while we don't while we pay for electricity.. Please help!!!!!
