Theft

The hotel really looks amazing on the exterior but the inside is not well maintained. The real issue here for this review is theft... I left an amount of R250 in my jeans which I had worn the night before. I guess the cleaning lady thought I won’t wear them again, I’d probably just fold them and take out another pair but I was gonna wear the same pair. When we got back to the hotel (we went out for coffee downstairs so they could clean) and I wanted to Iron my jeans.. there was nothing. I phoned reception and told them about the situation and then got back me saying the cleaner said she didn’t take it (what else would she have said).. so I let it go. I’m only bringing it up now because my friend is not South African and he was just shocked even though I was okay with, so basically their staff is creating a bad imagine for them. This happened Sunday the 20th of January 2019.
