PICTURE'S LIES

I had made a booking with hotel in which I was suppose to book in Saturday after 14:00 the hotel haf already deducted money from my account and on arrival firstly there was a bunch of suspicious people hanging around the building besides that the parking was not secured as promised and the room looked like absolute nonsense it stinks inside and is not hygiene at all... in fact I would not evem let my dog sleep in that room... further more they refused me a refund
