****roaches in durban manor conference and hotel

Stayed at Durban manor hotel , after a long tiring day, took a shower and as I walked out I saw a ****roach run past my feet, I thought i was seeing things and it was not real I probably was just tired.

As I got onto the bed I saw something big run past my feet again, when I looked properly without blinking it was indeed a ****roach, I am appalled, having to pay a ridiculous amount to stay at this accommodation only for it to have bugs is unacceptable
