Account debted and struggling to get the money back

Last Friday i called the receptionist to check if i had a booking as i have made a booking vi Agooda online many months back but was nit interested anymore.On tge previous Monday i even went on the website to cancel the booking but yet money was deducted and nit refunded. I have been struggling since last Monday to get my money back.
