Unorganized service Durban laser Clinic

Durban Laser Clinic is extremely unprofessional. I had scheduled an appointment with them a month ago and they call me 24 hours before the appointment to say the the****** who does extractions wont be working on the day. This is very unorganized. Then they called and said ok they will call in another the******. Twenty minutes later they sent a WhatsApp to ask if the appointment time can be moved.
