Unfaithful practitioners

On November last year I got a call from durban labour investigation centre legal practitioner and told me that they would help.me claim the money that was left by my father behind. With little knowledge and the distance that I had to travel to get to durban we opted to resolve everything online. I then sent her all the details she needed and she would constantly keep on telling us that we need ro pay money for different procedures which we did after that she would tell us that we will get the money on the following day which we didn't always until now it has been 7 months. The last 3 weeks we got a call room one of the lady who claimed to work at finance even though her contacts are registered under the compay of the lady that was claiming that she is helping us and told us that she would help us get the money and she asked for 41 thousand that we didn't have my mom then went to even apply for bank loans and we got it with the hopes that we will get the money the following day and pay it back...now she does not even respond to our text all she does is telling us that she processed the application and paid the money which we haven't received and they all say money is a different amount one says it is 1.3 million and the other says it is 2.4 million rands. I have written a lot of emails to different organizations with no success of help and they are no longer answering our calls
