How does ICC advertise seats that don't exist?
Attended The Disney on Ice show at the Durban ICC yesterday and the organisation of the event was pathetic to say the least. We bought tickets way in advance and arrive 2 hours early. When we get shown to our seats which was Row P Seats 1,2 and 3, we get there and the first people seated tell us the seats start from 4 onwards, we call the usher who was in utter disbelief and says he's never experienced something like that, where the seats don't exist. He said he can't assist as there are no seats with the numbers on out tickets, we get taken downstairs to someone else who is already dealing with another query and by now 30 minutes of the show is over. Eventually we get given seats 3 rows from the front, which was fantastic, but in future please plan better.
