ROTTEN AND OFF FOOD from RUDE STAFF

Absolutely pathetic service and the food is rotten.. I bought Lamb for the value of R1000 that was on sale on the website, when I picked it up, the meat was already packed, when I got home and opened the package, the meat was off and the color was now gone grey/greenish.. When I went back to the store for a refund, the guy comes up to me with his right hand on his gun which is completely visible to see and is also ******* to be shown in public.. He told me I should have kept it in the freezer and that's why it went off, but my friend told him that is not the case and when we asked for a refund this arrogant and rude and useless person said he needs to confirm before paying out, he took the slip and still hasn't paid me back.. The butchery is a JOKE, it's PATHETIC, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE..
