Damaged Flooring

Hans filled in the gaps with an incorrect product called Mendall instead of Silicone. Hence the flooring will buckle and break when the temperature rises as the floor has no room to move . Mendall becomes hard like a polllyfiller. Hans being the representative of this flooring product should have known. They refuse to fix the problem.
