Shocking Service! No Accountability

Hi I am extremely appalled by the service from your functions department. I booked in October for my son's birthday, I have email confirmation to say the same and today I get a call telling me that they have booked the incorrect time. Invitations have been sent out to family & friends months in advance. They are now trying to palm me off to the soccer field to have the party there. I have family flying in from Jhb and Cpt and their only suggestion is to have the party earlier! Disgusting. This is most unprofessional and I wouldn't have imagined this kind of service from such an establishment. No one from management has even contacted me regarding this.
