Durban Container Park, ********* Idiots

Hi All, Just a warning to all transporters out there to not utilize the services of Durban Container Park. The idiots working there in accounts have absolutely ZERO ability to do their job and hold you responsible for the mess ups.

I sent a driver down to reposition a container with cash, after being told that all 30 day accounts had been closed, after having these colossal idiots remove the container from our vehicle, they then refused to reload it as we had "an outstanding balance for 4 months" upon speaking to their admin, they realised they hadn't in fact sent us any invoices or statements for the outstanding balance, this was duly paid and the container loaded onto the trailer.

Now almost 6 months later we get a notification to say we are listed on ITC. So these idiots 1. Don't send you invoices, 2. Then hold your container "hostage" AND 3. LIST YOU ON ITC FOR A CHARGE YOU NEVER KNEW ABOUT?????????

These people are ********* dumb maggots and I would suggest you hold vehicles back from supporting these clowns.
