Worse than useless Durban

Durban City Municipal Pools are still closed (Dec 2020). Staff are at work, water in pools but they are not allowed to let anyone swim. It makes ZERO sense for an outdoor pool to be closed while indoor gyms are open??? And try to find information from the website or city communication officer Msawakhe Mayisela ***). Haah haah! Useless people. Don't waste your time coming to Durban. It is a dirty, dysfunctional place.
