Horrible Client Service

Good day,

We are a branding and signage company that rely on suppliers to quote us correctly to be able to quote our clients.

We have been having a issue with Durban Catering hire that we asked for a specific Tuff tray. We had given the description and the quote was received from them. Upon having to order the Tuff Trays from them they are now saying that they had quoted us wrong and quoted us for a different option. We feel that if you give that quote with the exact description from what we sent the price should be honored as that is what we would have done.

When contacting them this morning she was screaming in my ear saying that there is nothing they can do it is what it is I need to take a smaller option then requested and put the phone down in my ear.
