BEWARE DURBAN CATERING EQUIPMENT

I Paid for a 1 Door Beverage Cooler on 5th October 2020, and requested the Seller (Durban Catering Equipment) store the fridge till I was ready to take Delivery.

They (Durban Catering Equipment) agreed to store the Beverage Cooler for me, but what I did NOT realize is that,, while it was in Storage, they SOLD my Beverage to someone else - thereby selling the SAME Beverage Cooler TWICE!!!

When I requested to receive my Beverage Cooler in January 2020 - I was given one ridiculous excuse after another - for Non-Delivery - from its at a friends Storage, to the friend having COVID, to .....

I finally asked them (Durban Catering Equipment) to REFUND my money - since they could not give me the Beverage Cooler.

To date - 9 months after paying for the Beverage Cooler - I am STILL WAITING FOR MY FULL REFUND.

They should have REFUNDED my full amount, when they sold my Beverage Cooler, in November 2020 - but instead kept quite and as at June 2021 - I still do NOT have my FULL Refund.
