Purchase a car with Durban Carz
I am happy 😃 customer after purchasing 2020 polo TSI model Keenan assisted me with everything and communication was great. I would like to recommend Durban Carz to anyone who wants a vehicle even I had noticed issues with vehicle Keenan has help to resolve the issues. I am grateful and happy with the vehicle 😅😅😇. Complaint
I bought a vehicle from Durban Carz, I was told it had *no accident history*, even when i asked the sales person, but it shows accident damage, *bonnet vibrates at driving speed*, *headlights don’t focus properly brakes make noise*, and other faults. *These issues existed at delivery and compromise the safety of myself and family.* Today is the 10th day my being with you. Since Thursday last week i keep getting the same answer( WILL TELL YOU WHEN CAR READY) when i call asking about the progress on the car. I never received not one call from you or your staff unless I call. I cannot be chasing after you all the time. I feel like my needs are being compromised, i am being exploited taken advantage of. I therefore request the following 1. Immediate update on what is fixed and what is still pending. 2. Loan car/ alternate transport as I am starting my shift tonight. 3. Return of vehicle ASAP if repairs are complete. Should there be no response by mid-day today, I will have no choice , but to take this matter further. 1, I will lodge the complaint with the Motor Industry Ombudsman SA 2. I will also seek remedies under the Consumer Protection Act. Because of your service I now feel compelled to take this vehicle for a full inspection report, and should there be more faults found, it will all be on your cost.

Hi there my name is Thanda from Palm Ridge (Gp) I bought a car from Durban carz( kzn) on 21 Feb 2026 suddenly after sale they told me I’ll be receiving car papers & spare key in 7-21 days up to now nothing no papers & spare key and those days are forfeited , assisted by Nikita, Keenan, Kevin. (Salesman) & Sydney (manager) now they have negative attitude towards me & im not driving the car freely, please help it’s urgent, Thanks Regards Thanda Cell ***
