Duravit

I had a problem with a toilet which was a Duravit product, contacted Waterways through whom I purchased the product, I was informed that Duravit guarantee their products and a call was raised via the supplier. Two days later Shane from Duravit contacted me and arranged to come to my house , He arrived when he said he would(so unusual for any supplier) and fixed the problem.
