Avoid buying from Duravit if you want support

I originally chose Duravit for style and quality. And a good international reputation. Unfortunately that does not translate to South Africa. Although they’re not cheap either. Their customer service is non existent and they were completely unwilling to refund a basin that has a manufacturing error (crack). They weren’t even prepared to have a 3rd party review it so they could be sure it wasn’t damaged in transit. I’ll never buy Duravit again and discourage anyone else from doing so.
