Worst service ever

<p>We had a solar geyser installed two years ago. In January the geyser started corroding and leaking. Duratherm/WE Geysers have done everything they can to get out of honouring the 10 year warranty the geyser carries.</p> <p>They will not even deal wil the Installer, Genergy of Port Elizabeth.</p> <p>They have agreed that the fault lies with them and that they will replace the geyser, at their own cost, but now do not even reply to e-mails.</p> <p>Durather/WE Geysers are the most incompentent people I have ever had to deal with</p>
